Doors, garage doors, shelter technology or letter box systems are offered by one customer, who will produce with a 3-axis SBZ 122 profile machining centre and our eluCad programming software in the future.

The SBZ 122 is a 3-axis profile machining centre with the option of 5-side profile machining for automatic door manufacture. A lathe fixture integrated into the spindle makes it possible to set the rotating angle head by 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees. This allows a profile to be machined from the front, rear and on the face with two different tools.

In our eluCad seminar the machine operators of the customer learn the basics. Elusoft has its own trial shop, in which there is also an SBZ 122, so that seminar participants, who have never seen a profile machining centre, have the opportunity to see one during the training.

Friendly atmosphere for learning

elusoft employees also try to offer the training guests a comfortable atmosphere for learning. During the breaks the invitingly designed outer areas are available which are used for a shared lunch. If there is good weather, we can also grill. The elusoft seminar director has a friendly management style. Often taking part in the seminar is also the start of a long-standing friendly business relationship. For questions on the software the machine operator can get support over the phone from the elusoft- Team, and solving the problem is easier if there is an old friend on the line.

Trusting relationships can be established, for example, during the shared dinner, which elusoft invites the participants to on the first evening of the seminar. The training participants, who sometimes come alone or in small groups, also have the chance during the training week to relax in the evening, or to do something alone. Dettenhausen is near the Schönbuch nature park, which offers fascinating routes for mountain bikers, bicyclists or hikers, for example. In addition, the lively metropolis of Stuttgart or the idyllic old university town of Tübingen are inviting. The Black Forest or the Swabian Alb is also easy to reach from Dettenhausen. Both regions are attractive vacation spots.

The communication focus of the elusoft seminars is also often the inviting coffee bar or a table football tournament, which is popular during the breaks.
